SHIPPING AND RETURNS

​At Fofuras Flamencas, we want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, check out the return guidelines below: ​

 

1. Return Deadline You can request the return of a product within 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. ​

 

2. Return Conditions For the return to be accepted, the product must: Be free of signs of use or damage. Contain all original labels and packaging.

 

3. How to Request a Return Send an email to fofurasflamencas@gmail.com, with the subject "Return Request". In the body of the email, please provide: ​ Full name Order number Reason for return Photos of the product, if applicable Our team will review the order within 3 business days and provide shipping instructions. ​

 

4. Shipping Costs If the return is due to a defect or store error, the shipping costs will be at our expense. For returns due to regret or wrong choice, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

5. Refund or Exchange After receiving the product and checking its condition, we offer:

Full refund (for payments made by card, Pix or bank transfer).

Gift voucher to be used in the store.

Exchange for the same product or another available item.

 

The refund period may vary depending on the payment method. ​
